Welcome to my new web page... so pleased you stopped by for a visit.

2006 has drawn to a close and we are now into 2007.

The Barn Project is starting its third year and is growing.  It has taken on a life of its own.  I have discovered the project to resemble an iceberg, only a small portion of it is visible, the major work and documentation is "below the water line".  I am along for the ride and it is great.  Out of the 92 counties, 36 have had some level of work completed.  It is an enormous project and a real challenge.  I am up for it.  See the Barn Project  page and venture through the paintings exhibited there.  Look for the Barn Project calendar later this year for 2008, BARNS OF INDIANA.  It is near completion and beautiful.

I won an award for my painting Amish Wheat Shocks, Sunny Morning, at the 2006 Hoosier Salon Show.  Two of my paintings were selected for the show this year and are still on tour, Amish Wheat Shocks, Sunny Morning and End of a Hard Day's Work.

Two major public mural projects were awarded to me in 2006.  I did a Little League Mural for the City of Indian Rocks Beach, FL.  The mural is 12' high and covers approx. 175' of the building.  And at the Dog Park, dogs, dogs, dogs, ......leaping, running, playing tug of war, chasing a squirrel... and more.    Three of the dogs are extremely cute, resembling my favorite sister's three golden pups. Mural work, studio painting, adult art classes, private and semi-private in my studio and the Barn Project are on-going into 2007.
